PRESIDENT
Preside Over Meetings
Chair and oversee all meetings of the Association, ensuring orderly conduct and adherence to procedure.
Establish and Appoint
Create Commissions, Committees, and Delegations as needed for the effective functioning of the Association.
Appoint leaders or chairs of these bodies.
Uphold the Constitution
Serve as the embodiment of the Association.
Ensure strict and full compliance with the Bylaws and Articles of the Association.
Disciplinary Authority
Initiate and take necessary disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Disciplinary Committee or the General Assembly, depending on the nature of the case.
GENERAL COORDINATOR
Assume Presidential Responsibilities
Exercise all the responsibilities and duties assigned to the President of the Association, as outlined above.
Ensure Operational Functionality
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all Association activities, ensuring effective implementation and coordination of tasks and objectives.
Coordinate Stakeholders
Facilitate communication and collaboration among shareholders and other relevant parties within the Association.
Chair Key Meetings
Preside over the General Assembly and shareholders’ meetings, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and in accordance with the Association’s Bylaws.

FINANCIAL SCRETARY
The Financial Secretary shall:
Maintain Financial Records
Accurately record all financial transactions, including income and disbursements, at all times.
Manage the Daily Ledger
Maintain a daily ledger (e.g., Excel sheet) that documents all amounts received in chronological order.
Produce Financial Reports
Prepare and present quarterly financial reports detailing the overall financial situation of the Association.
Handle Financial Statements
Keep records of the Association’s financial statements and transmit them to the Secretary General as required.
Report Member Financial Status
Provide an update on the financial standing of each member during every General Assembly session, held every four (4) months.
Coordinate Social Package Funds
Oversee the collection and disbursement of all social benefits and packages entitled to "Registered Members" of the Association.
Treasure / Event Coordinator
As Treasurer:
Maintained accurate financial records for all association funds and activities
Developed and managed annual budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources
Handled all income and expenses, including tracking receipts and processing payments
Provided regular financial reports to the executive board and membership
Ensured compliance with school and district financial policies
As Event Coordinator:
Planned, organized, and executed school events (e.g., fundraisers, socials, cultural nights, assemblies).
Managed event logistics, including venues, materials, catering, and permits
Coordinated with volunteers, vendors, faculty, and administration.
Created and maintained timelines and checklists for successful event execution
Promoted events through flyers, announcements, and digital platforms.
Convene all meetings of the Association under the supervision of the President.
Record and maintain accurate minutes and documentation of all Association meetings and official activities.
Receive and file copies of all receipts and financial records evidencing movement of funds into and out of the Association, as provided by the Financial Secretary.
Maintain and securely store a photocopy of the cashbook, along with any other necessary financial records and account documents.
