Project Leads/ Project Head are individuals responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and execution of a specific project. They do not necessarily hold senior titles, but they act as the main point of contact and operational driver of a project.

Create work plans and schedules

Assign and track tasks among team members
Facilitate communication between stakeholders
Monitoring Progress
Track milestones, timelines, and resource use
Identify and manage risks or issues
Reporting
Provide updates to management, committees, or clients
Document decisions, changes, and outcomes
Execution
Ensure the project stays on budget and on track
Lead meetings and decision-making at the project level
