MINUTE OF THE GBHS CLASS OF 92 GENERAL ASSEMBLY

1. Opening
The meeting commenced at 5:50 PM with an opening prayer led by Mr. Anuzeshieh Ernest.
2. Welcome Address
The Coordinator, Mr. Neba Gilbert, welcomed all members present, including both internal and external (diaspora) members.
He then welcomed the President, Mr. Arrey Emile, who delivered a keynote address. In his speech, he emphasized the core values of the Association — Unity, Solidarity, and Networking.
He expressed gratitude to all registered members and encouraged everyone to contribute their shares to promote collective growth.
3. Reading and Approval of Previous Minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by the following members:

4. Matters Arising from the Minutes
i. The Association has been legalized.
ii. The process of opening an account with UBA Bank is ongoing. Once completed, the account details will be shared in the forum.
5. Share Contributions
The following members made contributions during the meeting:
Mr. Neba Gilbert – 120,000 FRS
Mrs. Nzung Bridget – 10,000 FRS
6. Other Matters Discussed
The Think Tank was tasked to deliberate on a project and communicate their decision in the forum. This will help members understand the project goals and stimulate further share contributions.
A new policy was introduced: any individual not registered with the Association will not be eligible for assistance in times of trouble.
This decision stemmed from a recent incident involving a non-registered member in distress.
The Coordinator noted that he would speak with Chief Mokube regarding this individual and update the forum accordingly.
7. Diaspora Contributions
The floor was given to members from the diaspora, including Tegha Fidelis, Samuel Okon, Germaine, and others who joined the meeting online.
They expressed their gratitude for belonging to the Association and emphasized the need for mutual support and unity.
8. Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled for the month of August.
It will be hosted by Group 2 members, and the exact date will be communicated in the forum.
9. Closing
The meeting concluded with heavy refreshments and closing remarks from the President.
Special appreciation was extended to Group 1 members for successfully hosting the General Assembly.
